If staying at Shinola hotel, please use the hotel valet on E Grand River Ave connected to the hotel. If staying elsewhere, there is dedicated event valet at 1435 Farmer St which is just behind the Shinola Hotel that will drop you off right at the door for the ceremony!

Friday evening traffic in down-town Detroit will be BUSY! Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive. Doors to the venue open at 4:30 pm, where you can enjoy a welcome beverage. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all take place under one roof!

No. We felt that a traditional registry was not something we needed. Please don't stress over a gift. We just can't wait to celebrate with you!

We have opted for an adults-only ceremony and reception. We hope this can allow for everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration!

We will have a professional photographer who we trust to capture the moments perfectly and would appreciate an "unplugged" ceremony! Our hope is that you can all be present and immersed in the experience without a need to have phones or cameras out. We will certainly be sharing photos with you after!

The room block at Shinola is available for both Thursday and Friday night. As of 2/13/25, we understand our block is completely booked. There is still a suite available for the 15th and 16th. Please reach out to us directly if you are interested in the suite. Alternatively, you may contact the hotel for any remaining availability for the 15th and/or 16th outside of the block. We have reserved Gilly's Rooftop for a wedding welcome party for anyone in town on Thursday the 15th. Food and drinks from 6-9 pm!

We would love for everyone to be able to stay at the Shinola Hotel! The link provided under the travel tab is for our room block, but block availability is limited so please book as soon as you can confirm! We do have one "Suite" available in the room block, if interested in this please text or call us and we can provide additional details. There are also additional hotels listed under the travel tab within very close proximity to the Shinola hotel if interested.
