Our Wedding

Initially meeting though mutual friends when Brian came to his final duty station, Fallon, in 2016. After Brian's accident in May of 2018, he proceeded through rehabilitation following his amputation; Brian returned to Fallon in January 2019 where he was persistent in asking friends for Abbi's number. If you know anything about Brian, you know that once he sets his mind on a goal there is little to nothing that will make him sway from the objective. "Persistence is key" he says. Well, if it isn't clear, his persistence paid off. Ultimately leading to Brian and Abbi meeting one night at the Fallon Arts Center during an event, from then on, Brian and Abbi have been glued to each other nearly every day since.-In the 7 years together, there was little talk of marriage. Brian and Abbi were happy continually showing up and staying consistent for the other. Growing in mindsets and love for one another. Supporting each other through school and career changes, being the pillars of consistency for one another in the face of change, grief, and uncertainty, through the good and the bad. So when Brian proposed to Abigail and said, "What do you think sugar, you wanna get married?", the repeated response of "Are you serious right now?" and "Is this real life?" followed by seemingly endless amounts of happy tears, the only response was an obvious YES.
