Is the ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour indoors or outdoors?
The Ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting. Otherwise it will be moved to an indoor location at the same site.
The cocktail hour is indoors but there will be an outdoor patio area with bags and lawn games to enjoy.
The reception will be indoors with the same patio area accessible.
Is parking available?
Yes there will be plenty of parking available with overflow lots. We have been informed you are welcome to leave your car there and pick it up the next day.
What dietary restrictions will be accounted for?
The food will be served buffet style with one option being a vegetarian ravioli and the other being a gluten free chicken.
Is there a shuttle?
A shuttle will be provided before and after the wedding to the Hilton Garden Inn. It runs from 2pm to 4pm before the wedding and from 8pm to 12pm from the venue back to the hilton garden inn.
The Bus is grey colored, has a sign on it and will be parked in the Indentation area across the street from the Hilton.
What time does the bar open?
A cash bar will be available in the event center before the ceremony starting at 3:15pm.
The cocktail hour starts at 4:30pm and beer and wine will be hosted the remainder of the night.
