The largest producers-only farmers market in America. This market hosts over 270 vendors selling a wide variety of products including flowers, vegetables, meat, cheese, baked goods, canned goods, food trucks, art, and more. Located on capitol square, open Saturdays from 6:45am-1:45pm. No tickets needed, open to public. A great way to experience the charm of Madison, while sipping your morning coffee and taking an easy stroll!

Check out our favorite spot in Madison! The beautiful views of Lake Mendota at the colorful terrace can't be beat. Be sure to try some spotted cow (the beloved local brew), fixings from the grill (brats, grilled corn, etc), or some delicious Babcock ice cream! There is often live music on weekends in the summer. Kid friendly.

A beautiful path for a nice walk/run/bike ride along the shore of Lake Mendota. If your feeling ambitious, take the path all the way to Picnic Point (~3 miles from Memorial Union Terrace/path start) to check out incredible views of the Capitol across the lake.
