Please be at the venue no later than 5pm. Ceremony begins at 5:30.

The Dress Code is Semi- Formal. (Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, suits and ties, etc.)

All events will take place at the same location. The Ceremony will take place outside. The cocktail hour will be inside with access to outside patio and reception is inside.

There are a limited amount of blocked rooms so its first come first serve. The two hotels that have rooms blocks are Courtyard Marriott 14300 Crossing Pl and Residence Inn Potomac Mills 14301 Crossing Pl. The link can be found in the Travel section. Along with Other Hotels in the Area.

The wedding will be at Osprey at Belmont Bay 401 Belmont Bay Dr., Woodbridge Va 22191 it is about 15 min from the hotels listed. There will be a shuttle that can pick guest up from the Courtyard Marriott 14300 Crossing Place Woodbridge, VA 22192. This shuttle is first come first serve and will only do two trips from the hotel to the venue and three trips from the venue to the Courtyard Marriott.

There is ample on-site parking with parking attendant. Carpooling is always a great idea.

As much as we love kids... Due to space, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

When you RSVP, in the comment section note any SEVERE allergies (ie, Dairy, Shellfish, Peanuts, etc.)

THIS WILL BE AN UNPLUGGED CEREMONY. We really want our guest to be in the moment with us . Please no pictures or videos during this time we have a photographer and videographer for that. After the I DOs feel free to snap away at cocktail hour and reception .
