The rooms are King Suites with a pullout couch as the only available room option. Due to other events happening in the area this weekend, the hotel is booking up fast. Please reserve your room as soon as you can!

There will be a hotel shuttle that will travel to and from the venue. Listed below are the shuttle times.

Shuttle Pick Up: 2:45 pm & 3:15 pm (meet in the hotel lobby at the listed time to be taken to the venue).

Shuttle Drop Off: 10:00 pm, 11:00 pm & Midnight (meet outside at the venue at these listed times to be taken back to hotel).
