Rob and Bri met on the wonderful dating website, Hinge! After talking for a few weeks, they scheduled a date for August 10th, 2023. This date was almost interrupted by Charlie, Bri's Shih Tzu, who decided to eat a chocolate RX Bar right before Bri was supposed to leave for the date (for those who don't know, chocolate is poison for dogs!).

Bri and Rob had never spoken on the phone, but she called him to say she didn't know if she should go on the date because Charlie needed someone to keep an eye on her. Rob suggested Charlie should just join the date so they didn't have to cancel. So, on a warm Friday night in August, the three of them went on their first date at Washington Park Grille.

From that date forward, there was no one else. Bri and Rob became official on September 9th, 2023 and said "I Love You's" while in Scottsdale, AZ on Oct 7th, 2023.

Bri and Rob have spent a lot of time with each of their families and friends since that first date. They have traveled to over 10 different places since meeting and have several more trips already on the calendar. They say to truly know someone, you have to travel together!

For Halloween 2024, Bri and Rob flew out to California to spend the week with Teresa, Dan, Jack and Naomi. Rob was very excited to take a sunrise hike on Friday Nov 1st, in Malibu. Knowing Rob's love of the ocean and beach, Bri was not at all prepared for what was to come.

After not being able to find the car keys, they decided to take a 45 minute Uber trip up to Point Dume, Malibu. After walking a short way to a beautiful area, Rob got down on one knee and asked Bri to spend the rest of their lives together. It was the easiest yes she had ever said.

They have continued to fall more in love with one another through all of their adventures. When they aren't spending time with friends and family they enjoy attending concerts, eating out, traveling and going for weekend drives. They are looking forward to getting married, buying a new home together and settling somewhere with an amazing view of the Rocky Mountains with their three pups.
