Our story began before either of us even knew it started. Growing up we happened to share a best friend, Mathew Bushnell. Through this mutual relationship, our paths would cross occasionally as we grew up and into our adult years.

It was not until years later during the summer of 2019 in the streets of Croatia that our story really began. We hit it off instantly and never looked back. Briana loves to joke that she had to travel across the world to find a boyfriend from Edmonton.

Since Europe, we have been able to share countless memories together. We have started our careers, travelled, and built a beautiful home together. We truly cannot wait to continue building our life together.

With the help of family and friends, Keaton was able to keep a secret from Briana as he had been planning to ask the big question (it wasn’t completely smooth sailing as there was a close call of Briana digging through Keaton’s backpack to find his wallet and almost stumbling upon the ring). On a beautiful day in Nanaimo on August 22, 2022, Keaton got down on one knee and asked Briana to spend the rest of their lives together. We cannot wait to officially tie the knot and celebrate with all of you!

We are so excited to spend our wedding day with the people who mean the most to us! We truly would not be here without all of you.
