Please wear cocktail attire. Women may wear a cocktail dress, floor length dress or pantsuit. Men may wear a suit and tie or sport-coat.

Transportation will be provided from Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Inn & Suites. Shuttles will arrive at the Fairfield Inn & Suites to pick up guests for a 3:30 pm and 3:40 pm departures. Shuttles will then proceed to the Hotel Northampton to pick additional guests for a 3:40 pm and 3:50 pm departures. Shuttles will then transport guests to the Red Barn at Hampshire College, drop off and standby. The shuttles will remain on-site and will transport guests back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Hotel Northampton as they wish to leave. The last shuttle departure will be after the reception has ended at 10:30 pm. Multiple public parking lots are available near Hotel Northampton. Guests can park and walk to the shuttle if they prefer. If you choose to drive yourself to the venue there is plenty of parking located onsite.

We kindly ask for everyone to please not take pictures during our ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture everything. Once the reception starts, feel free to use your phones and take as many pictures as you want!

Our ceremony is located on the lawn at the Red Barn at Hampshire College. If it rains (fingers crossed it does not) it will be moved inside.
