Our ceremony will begin at 5:00PM, and we kindly ask that guests arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the ceremony to allow for parking, seating, and any last-minute adjustments.

To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by March 25th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We understand this is relatively early, but we need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an *adults only* event! We would love for you to enjoy this celebration as a fun date night!

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for our unplugged ceremony. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want! We will be very excited to share our ceremony photos with you all as soon as possible!

As we all know, April showers, bring May flowers! In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location at the venue. We will make every effort to ensure the celebration goes on smoothly!

Historically, the weather in Rustburg, Virginia for late April can range from a low of 44-51 degrees to a high of 64-73 degrees. It is most likely to be warmer during the day and chillier at night. The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting), with the reception inside. Please dress and plan accordingly as the weather is never a guarantee!

There will be plenty of free parking at the venue! Although it is always a suggestion to carpool if possible!

We would love for you to dress up with us! So all of our guests are comfortable, we are suggesting a dressy casual attire. For women this could consist of sundresses, short or long flowy dresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony (weather permitting). For men this could consist of light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are definitely optional!
