Yes, there is ample space for parking at the Eloise! Cars can be left in the parking spots over night if needed.

Rooms are fully booked at - Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison Verona, 613 W Verona Ave, Verona, WI 53593, (608) 845-3000. However, there is a Holiday Inn 2 building down from the Fairfield Inn & Suites that still has availability for that weekend. It is within walking distance to the main hotel, pickup/drop off point for the bus, the after party location, etc.

Official check in is at 3 PM, but we have been in contact with the hotel to try to let people check in earlier due to the busses leaving at 2:45. They said to call ahead on the day of, and you can most likely check in early. Either way, try to check in when you arrive but availability to get into your room earlier will depend on that specific room. Otherwise, you can check in after the wedding.

Yes, a shuttle will run between the recommended hotels and the venue. Shuttle service starts at 2:45 PM and will also be available after the event at 10 PM and 11 PM, taking guests back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Verona. If needed, cars can be left at The Eloise over night and you can ride the bus back to the hotel in Verona. Uber and Lyft are also options in the area.

The doors will open at 2:30pm, with the ceremony starting at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony so you can get settled before the proceedings.

We’d love for you to join us in semi-formal attire — For women, think cocktail dresses or dressy separates. For men, suits are encouraged, but at a minimum, a dress shirt and dress pants.

We’re keeping our guest list intimate, so we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation join us.

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. There will also be an outdoor area for smoking and cocktails with heated lamps.

The celebration will officially wrap up around 11:00 PM. Shuttles will be available to take guests back to the hotels starting at 10:00 PM, with another shuttle at 11:00 PM.

If you want to continue the party after The Eloise closes at 11 PM, there is a bar across the street from the hotel (walking distance) called Paddy Mac’s. Live music scheduled for November 8th, along with food, drinks, and slots available.
