A courtesy shuttle will be provided for hotel guests to and from Birchwood Meadow. The shuttle will operate in 1 hour time blocks before and after the reception. Guests can ride to the venue from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Guests can ride back to the hotel from 10:15pm to 11:15pm. We ask that all guests who are taking the shuttle be prompt and cooperative.
