The ceremony will take place completely outdoors. The reception will be outdoors, but under a covered tent.

Eastwood is about a 12-30 minute drive, depending on where in Charlottesville you are staying. We recommend taking a shuttle to/from the venue from one of the hotels at which we have arranged hotel blocks (listed on the "Lodging" page). You do not have to be staying at the hotels to take a shuttle. Taking an Uber/Lyft is also an option. There is plenty of parking available at the venue if you wish to drive.

Unless otherwise specified on your invitation, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

The hotel shuttles will depart from The Omni at 2:50pm and Holiday Inn at 3:10pm. There will be an early shuttle leaving from the venue to return to the hotels around 8:45pm. They will return again at the conclusion of the reception at 10pm.

If you are driving yourself, please arrive to the venue between 3:00-3:30pm to allow time for parking and taking the venue shuttle up to the tent.
