A large, free lot is available directly outside the Schoolhouse.

Our ceremony will be outdoors behind the Schoolhouse, and our reception will follow indoors. We will be married outside, rain, snow, or shine - ponchos will be provided if needed!

Western Michigan is typically warm, dry, and sunny in early October. It will likely be between 65°F and 85°F during our ceremony in direct sunlight.

Please attend in semi-formal attire. Women should opt for short dresses, longer dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Men should wear a suit and tie.

We ask that everyone be fully present and allow our professional photographer to capture the remainder of the event.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited with a wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

We love your little ones, but we have decided our wedding will be an adult-only (16+) event with the exception of our bridal party.

Let us treat you! We will supply everything you need with bartending service - due to venue policy, you may not bring alcoholic beverages onto the premise.

Absolutely! Please indicate what you need with your RSVP, and we will be sure to pass that information to our caterer. All food on the premises will be Celiac-friendly.
