Welcome to our wedding website, we can’t wait to celebrate our special day with you. We’ve created this website as a convenient and interactive way to share all of the important details with you in the lead up to our wedding. Our Wedding

Brianna and Evan's story began during their college years, where they met at freshman orientation. Despite living in neighboring cities and attending rival private schools, they only discovered their connection through a mutual friend, Jonathan Walther. After realizing Evan would be attending the same college as Brianna, he simply told Evan that he “really needed to get to know her.” And get to know her, he did. Their initial encounter at orientation was marked by lively conversation, where they uncovered shared interests and backgrounds. However, it wasn't until they found themselves in the same friend group that their friendship truly flourished. Bonding over board games, late-night study sessions, and shared love for sitcoms like New Girl, they became inseparable. During their junior year, their friendship evolved into something more. A kiss shared under the starlit sky while on their dorm roof marked the beginning of their romantic journey. They embarked on a journey of love tinged with the bittersweet echoes of timing not quite right. Though their romantic relationship ended at the end of their junior year, they remained committed to preserving their friendship and maintaining their close-knit circle throughout senior year. After college, they pursued separate paths, with Brianna attending law school in Virginia and Evan in Oklahoma. Despite the distance, they stayed connected through regular phone calls and occasional visits. Upon Brianna's return to Texas at the end of 2022, their friendship would blossom into something deeper, leading to the rekindling of their romantic relationship. As the clock struck midnight on New Year's Eve 2023, amidst the glow of fireworks, Brianna and Evan embraced the possibility that perhaps their journey had finally brought them to the right time to explore a new beginning. That month Brianna and Evan enjoyed several relational benchmarks – first kiss (again), first date (again), and a first exchange of “I love you.” Throughout the year, Brianna and Evan joyously learned that their friendship provided the perfect foundation for their relationship allowing them to not only find joy and companionship in the good times but to stand beside each other with encouragement and unconditional support through the hard and challenging times. On a starlit New Year's Eve, one year later, in an echo of the year before when their journey began anew, Evan knelt before Brianna, offering not just a ring, but a promise of forever. With tears of joy and laughter, she said yes, sealing their fate as partners in life's grand adventure. And so, dear friends, let us raise a toast on May 6, 2024 to Brianna and Evan and to their love story that reminds us that sometimes, the greatest adventures begin with a single hello.
