We would greatly appreciate if you could RSVP by April 24th, 2023.

Although we would love to see everyone there, we understand some people won't be able to attend. If that is the case, please let us know via RSVP.

If your name and guests names are on the invitation, then yes! Unfortunately due to venue restrictions, we will be unable to accommodate additional guests.

We advise you arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony is set to start.

Parking at the venue is free, but limited. We ask that if you plan on staying the night in flagstaff, that you take the shuttle from the hotel to the venue. Shuttle information can be found in the hotel information tab.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoor. The venue has a covered area that the event can be moved to if needed for weather. We will be getting married rain or shine!

Dress code is semi-formal. We ask that you please not wear jeans or shorts. Also remember this is an outdoor/forest wedding so please take this into consideration when choosing shoes.

While we love your little ones, outside of immediate family and wedding party, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event . We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
