How are guests expected to RSVP?
We invite our guests to RSVP online. Information will be included with the formal invitation.
What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?
If we do not receive an RSVP from you by our deadline, you will be marked as “not attending”. We must provide accurate guest count to all of our vendors in a timely manner.
Am I allowed to bring a date/plus one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.
Are kids allowed?
Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free besides those participating in the wedding or listed on your invitation.
Directions, Transportation, & Accommodations
Are the wedding ceremony and reception being held at separate locations?
No! Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at one location, The Venue at Wildflower Ridge. There will be a cocktail hour held between events.

Do you have a hotel block or additional recommendations for lodging?
For information on hotel blocks and other properties that offer lodging, guests should reference the 'Travel & Accommodations' tab at the top of this page.
Will there be transportation from hotels to the venue?
Unfortunately, due to the remote location of the venue, surrounding hotels do not offer transportation.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes! Parking is available in front of the venue. Guests should note the parking lot is gravel.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible. Guests who will have trouble traveling on the gravel parking lot should pull to the front of the venue for easy loading and unloading.
Will we be outside?
Yes! Our ceremony will be held outside weather permitting.
Wedding Attire
What should guests wear?
We are asking guests to dress in formal attire. For additional information on wedding attire please visit the 'Attire' tab at the top of this page.
Are there any colors or clothing that guests should avoid?
We kindly ask that guest avoid the colors white, ivory, light cream, and/or similar colors. We also request that guests avoid jeans as this is a formal event.
Wedding Menu & Dietary Restrictions
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving a light snack during cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dining experiences with a selection of meats, salads, and sides. We will also be providing a late night snack during the reception.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Guests with specific dietary restrictions or allergies should reach out to Brianna or Joe to ensure food is available to meet your needs.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Our guests will get to enjoy an open bar with Busch Light, Bud Zero, Truly Hard Seltzer, High Noon, and the option of mixed drinks.
Wedding Registry & Gifts
Can you give me a link to your wedding registry?
Although gifts are not required, guests can find our registry at the top of this page under the 'Registry' tab.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. All gifts selected off of our registry will automatically ship to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Wedding Day
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
We kindly request that guests arrive at least 45 minutes prior to our 4pm start time. Guests who arrive late will be asked to stand back in order to avoid interrupting the ceremony.
What time will the wedding reception end?
Our wedding reception will end promptly at 11pm.
Are guests allowed to take pictures during the wedding?
While we greatly appreciate our guest's willingness to capture our special day, we have taken measures to ensure our wedding day is captured! Guests are encouraged to take pictures during cocktail hour and the reception. We kindly request that phones are on silent and put away during the ceremony and other special moments. Thank you!
