We were informed that room blocks could not be made available. Rooms are listed as limited currently. The wedding party is staying at this hotel.
We currently have Rockford Rides as a shuttle service between The Embassy Suites and our venue.
The pickup window will be from 3:15pm-3:40pm.
The Hotel we booked did not have room blocks available. This hotel is showing a warning of limited room availability. Due to cost a number of guest have booked rooms at a nearby Holiday Inn, or booked VRBO.

Shuttle service has 2 pickup windows 2:15pm and 3:20pm. Please try to get on the earlier bus if possible. Shuttle only has 14 seats.

(Due to limited space, please try to be on earlier shuttle, there is a bar downstairs that has arcade games and drinks which can be a fun place to wait if you arrive that early)
Embassy Suites pickup 3:25pm-3:40pm
Return shuttles 9:00pm-12:30pm
