To make a reservation over the phone, please provide the code HMD to the Guest Service Agent to receive the discounted room price as well as morning breakfast.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Should you arrive before 4:00 PM, the hotel will do their best to accommodate you as rooms become available. In the event your room is not ready upon early arrival, their dedicated Guest Service Agents are available to assist by storing your luggage, which is especially convenient for those attending events on their departure day.

For guests looking to arrive before the official dates or extend their stay beyond the indicated check-out date, they offer the group rate for up to two (2) days prior to and two (2) days after the event.
