Q + A

Will There Be Alcohol?

Yes! We will be having beer, seltzers, wine, and hard liquor. There will be no shots allowed. It will be an open bar, but please be respectful and make sure to tip your bartenders!

How Should I Dress?

We kindly ask that you wear semi-formal to formal wear. This can range from dress pants/kahki pants to button-ups and polos to summer/casual dresses to dressy dresses. We are kindly asking for NO jeans, flannels, shorts, or hats.

Is there Parking?

Yes! There is parking at the venue, however if you plan to leave your car overnight it has to be picked up by 9 am the next morning.

Will There be Transportation?

We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue to the Grand Casino Hotel in Hinkley

Are Kids Invited?

Due to a limited number, we hope you understand that our wedding will be mostly kid-free besides those included on your invitations and those participating in the wedding.

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture the most important moments and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Can I Bring a Date/Plus-one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it would be listed on your invite by name.

What if I Dont RSVP by the Deadline?

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our May 2nd deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

Are There Colors we should Avoid Wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors, traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.
