ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
We want you to be able to let your hair down and enjoy our wedding to its fullest. Therefore, if you're planning a visit solely for the wedding, we'd encourage leaving children at home to keep the costs (and stress) of your trip down.
However, if you're tying the wedding in with your own holiday, your children are of course welcome! Bear in mind, the wedding itself doesn't start until 7pm. Disney does offer childcare services if you wanted to leave kids in the care of a sitter for the evening.
Kid's Nite Out is the company recommended by Disney's Fairytale Weddings. They will come directly to your hotel room.

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS?
Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's Pop Century at a discounted rate. It is recommended to book your room(s) ASAP, with the block officially closing on September 18th. When checking availability on our Disney’s Fairytale Weddings Website, you find that your dates are unavailable, please call (407) 827-6799.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Gates to the wedding pavilion will open at 7pm, with the ceremony set to start promptly around 7:15pm.
We recommend getting to the ceremony at 7pm, or even a little bit before, in order to enjoy the ambiance and beauty of the wedding pavilion before the start of our ceremony. There are plenty of great photo spots both in and outside of the wedding pavilion. Additionally, the bathrooms inside the pavilion offer a touch of Disney magic 🪄 that we recommend checking out!
Is there parking available at the wedding pavilion?
Yes! For guests staying off Disney property, or traveling by car (Uber/Lyft), free parking is available at the wedding pavilion. Mention the Koren / Cunningham wedding at the Grand Floridian check in gate and the attendant will direct you to the appropriate parking lot
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code for our wedding day is black tie optional or black tie preferred.
A "black tie optional" dress code means that while a tuxedo is not required, it is considered appropriate to wear one; for men, a formal black or navy suit with a tie is a suitable alternative, and for women, a floor-length gown is still preferred but a dressier cocktail dress is also acceptable, signifying a slightly less formal level than a strict "black tie" event.
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED TO THE RECEPTION?
Yes, Disney will be providing transportation from our ceremony to our reception location. Guests will be required to use the provided transportation, as we will be going through a special entrance and security at Epcot. At the end of the reception, there will be transportation back to all 3 of our room block resorts. For those who used Uber/Lyft to the ceremony, you will need to take the bus back to The Grand Floridian (or any Disney hotel) first. Then you will be able to Uber from there.
HOW DO I LEAVE THE RECEPTION?
All guests will be required to use Disney transportation to leave. The bus will leave on the hour, every hour. The bus will drop off at The Grand Floridian, Caribbean Beach, and Pop Century (our three room block hotels). We do have fun surprises and would like all guest to stay until at least 12am if at all possible - and ideally, we'd love for everyone to hang out with us all night long, but we completely understand if you need to leave early!
WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
We kindly ask that you rsvp by September 1st
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a four course plated dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a meat, fish and vegetarian option available. For guests 10 and under, a preselected 3 course meal will be served.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
