We are excited about the upcoming celebration and would love for you to spend more time with us throughout the weekend. To make your experience enjoyable, we will be providing a suggested itinerary on our website closer to the date. This page will feature a variety of activities, including adventure and music, for you to choose from.
Feel free to join us for any or all of the suggested events, or if you prefer to explore on your own, that's perfectly fine too. No pressure whatsoever – we want you to make the most of your weekend in a way that suits you best.
We look forward to sharing not only our special day but also a weekend filled with joy and memorable moments.
Can I bring a date?
In an effort to keep our celebration as intimate as possible, we have extended invitations only to those we know and love deeply.
If you have been granted a date, you will find their name specified on the invitation and attached to your RSVP on the website. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a cozy and personal atmosphere for this joyous occasion.
Please use the RSVP page on our website to confirm your attendance by May 19. We look forward to celebrating this momentous day surrounded by cherished friends and family.
When should I arrive at the ceremony?
We are thrilled to have you join us for our special day! To ensure everyone has enough time to settle in and enjoy the ceremony, we kindly request that you arrive to the gondola at 3:45 PM. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
What is the elevation of the ceremony and reception?
We will be celebrating at 11,000 feet! In order to prepare, please drink at least 80oz of water per day for 1-2 weeks leading up to the wedding. Also, be mindful when consuming alcohol, it will affect you in a different way at this altitude.
Are children welcome?
In an effort to maintain an adult-focused atmosphere and ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only occasion.
We hope this advance notice allows you to make the necessary arrangements for a child-free evening. Your understanding means a lot to us, and we look forward to celebrating together.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
In order to ensure a serene and intimate atmosphere during our ceremony, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos or recording videos.
We have hired professional photographers to capture all the beautiful moments, and we want everyone to fully enjoy the ceremony without the distraction of cameras and devices.
What is the dress code?
A mountain chic dress code can be described “elegant alpine style” or “refined mountain attire”.
Are there any colors or styles you’d prefer for me to wear?
To enhance the natural vibe of the surroundings, we kindly encourage you to consider wearing earth tones. Think of warm and muted colors inspired by nature – shades of greens, browns, tans, and soft blues. This will not only complement the scenic backdrop but also create a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere.
Thank you for adding your personal touch to our celebration, and we look forward to sharing this beautiful day with you!
