WHERE CAN WE STAY WEDDING WEEKEND?

When planning the wedding, we kept in mind that all guests will be traveling for the wedding and wanted to create the most accommodating experience.

If you are not familiar with the city Boerne, it is in the Hill Country which means the roads are winding and there are no street lights at night for guidance.

Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort (the Wedding venue) is at least 20 minutes away from other accommodations. Therefore, we are highly encouraging guests to stay with us at the resort, for the Wedding Weekend.

This way we will be able to spend as much time with you as possible!

All wedding events will happen on property, so once you are there, you will not have to travel by car anywhere.

Please see our Travel tab on our website for more information on how to book your resort stay.

The cut-off date to use this booking link is Monday April 3rd, 2024, so all reservations should be placed through the link or by call-in (855) 627-2243 prior to that date.

**If needing an Air B&B/Vrbo, please scroll down for more information. There are condos on property of Tapatio Springs Resort that are renting out on these websites.

What is the attire? What colors should/shouldn't I wear?

Our wedding is formal attire.

Men: Suits

Women: Formal long or mid length gowns.

The colors of the wedding are classic neutrals.

We respectfully ask that our guests not wear bright colors to continue this theme.

(No white, creams, or ivory dresses)

No red, orange, yellow, bright green, bright pink, etc.)

Desired Guest Colors are:

blues, greens, neutral shades of pink, browns, grey, black

For Men Attire: Black, Grey, and Navy suits are encouraged color options.

We hope you will support our desired event apparel and colors for our special day.

WHERE DO I RSVP? WHAT DATE SHOULD I RSVP BY?

RSVP will be online, on this website. Go to the RSVP tab. You will type in your name to begin the RSVP process.

We ask all guests to RSVP (attending or not attending) by March 23rd, 2024.

Are Young Children Invited?

We respectfully have decided to have an adult only Wedding Weekend. This includes an adult only welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The only children present at wedding events will be our flower girl and ring bearer.

Can we take photos/videos during the ceremony?

We ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away and silencing all your electronic devices including cell phones. We want to see the joyful faces of the people we love! Please refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, please take as many photos and videos and share them with us and guests by using the QR code provided at the reception tables.

How do I book my stay at the Resort/Wedding Venue, Tapatio Springs? When do I need to book by?

Please see our Travel tab. There is an underlined & bold link of our last names. This will take you directly to book your room accommodations with our Group Rate. There is also a green button to take you directly to the booking website. Only use these provided links to book your stay. These links were made for guests to easily book for our wedding weekend. If you try to go to the Tapatio Springs website and book, it will not work. The cut-off date to use this booking link is Monday April 3rd, 2024.

Are there Air B&B/Vrbo close by?

If needing an air b&b/vrbo instead of a resort hotel room, there are condo's on property of Tapatio Springs renting out.

Search "Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort" or "Tapatio Springs Golf Club". The Condos are called "Highlands Condos at Tapatio Springs".

Address for the condos is 20 Tapatio Drive East.

If needing more assistance, please contact Brianna or Teresa and we will be happy to guide you.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitted, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your wedding invitation will be addressed “(Your Name) & Guest”. They will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Please write in their first and last name when RSVPing.
