It is recommended for guests to arrive no later than Friday, February 28th. Although not expected, guests have the option of arriving at the beginning of the week to use this time to explore Key West and have their own small vacation prior to the Wedding festivities. We have also reserved a 'Welcome' Catamaran Sunset Cruise on Thursday, February 27th for guests arriving early. Please RSVP prior to January 1st, 2025 if you would like to join the Sunset Cruise!

Key West International Airport serves American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Silver Airways, United Airlines, Jet Blue, and Allegiant Air. Guests can also fly into Miami International Airport and drive the length of the Florida Keys (3 hour drive).

Yes. Please see the travel tab on this website. There are many cost effective hotel options available in the surrounding area in addition to the hotels provided. There are numerous AirBnB's as well. Feel free to book at a location of your choosing. You can travel from one end of Key West to the other in 15 to 20 minutes!

Thursday, February 27th: 'Welcome' Catamaran Sunset Cruise at 5:00pm. Saturday, March 1st: Wedding Ceremony at 5:00pm (guests welcome to take their seats at 4:45PM), Pre-Reception Cocktail Hour from 5:30pm-6:30pm, and Wedding Reception from 6:30pm-10:00pm.

The ‘Welcome’ Catamaran Sunset Cruise is located at 201 William Street Key West, FL 33040 (Key West Bight Marina). A shuttle will be provided for guests. Pick-up locations will be at The Hilton Garden and Beachside Residences that will arrive at 3:45PM and depart at 4PM. We kindly ask to check-in for the Catamaran ride by 4:30PM. The Catamaran will depart at 5:00pm.

We are requesting Key West formal attire for the evening of the Wedding. Think colorful and fun! We suggest a mid/maxi dress for women, and suits for men (tie optional). The Ceremony and Reception will be held outdoors, with the Pre-Reception Cocktail Hour on the sand, so please bring appropriate footwear!
