We were advised to tell our guests they can arrive as early as 2:00 PM unless told earlier on the day of.

When does the shuttle pick me up from the hotel? We have arranged transportation services to arrive to the hotel at 3:15 PM. The shuttle is scheduled to depart from the hotel at 3:40 PM to ensure everyone arrives on time.

We will have rooms available the night before and the night of the wedding. Shuttle transportation to and from venue will be provided.

When? Saturday May 2, 2026Our Ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Please arrive and be seated by 4:15 PM. Where? Borough of Belmar Taylor Pavilion500 Ocean AvenueBelmar, NJ 07719 How will I get there? There will transportation to pick up hotel guests at 3:15 PM. Ther shuttle is set to depart from the hotel by 3:35. If needed, we may schedule an earlier time if there are more guests that need transportation accommodations. We will end the night with an after party at the hotel! All guests are welcome whether they are staying at the hotel or not! There will be a fully stocked cash bar downstairs in the lobby with a private area just for us. We will be supplying some midnight munchy food as well! Afterparty is 10:00 P.M. - 1:00 AM.
