We’d love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Bright summer and spring colors are encouraged! Wear something that makes you feel confident and that you can dance in.

Please do not arrive any later than 2:45 p.m. , this will provide you with plenty of time to park and find a seat. We need all of our guest seated by 3:20. If you are not seated by this time please wait in the reception area until after the ceremony.

You can RSVP on this website or text 918-617-8451 with the names of who will be attending. Please RSVP no later than October 20th , 2024. If you do not , be prepared to bring your own chair and tacos.

The invitations are specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself. Thank you for your consideration.

The venue has 4 available cabins for anyone to stay in if needed. Please contact Brianna to reserve. ( 918-617-8451) There is also a Best Western located in Eufaula and multiple hotels located in Mcalester (Hampton Inn and Suites) (La Quinta Inn and Suites).

Although Kaden and Bri would love to offer a plus one to all guest, however there is a strict guest list to stay on budget. The names of all the wedding guest will be on each invitation. Your understanding is appreciated and they can’t wait to celebrate with you.

The ceremony will be held outside , it may be chilly so feel free to bring your own jacket or blanket. The reception to follow will be an indoor event .

Absolutely NO smoking on the venue grounds. Please properly throw away all trash. Majority of the decorations will be glass, mirrors, borrowed and rented. While we understand accidents do happen , please do not allow children to run in the reception area to prevent any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.

There will not be an open bar. We ask that you do not bring your own alcohol. Thank you.
