Ok here we go. So Eddie and I meet online. Now we didnt meet online through a dating app weirdly enough, it was through a friend and through snapchat. Let me explain, my friend Taylor and I use to go to the gym when we worked at payless. One day after the gym Taylor took me home and when we got to my house I saw she was messaging someone. I was curious who she was messaging so I asked and he sent a photo of himself and I did the same. Now this was not love at first sight but I wanted in on the conversation so I added him on snapchat and we created a group chat. we would talk about different things here and there and sometimes Eddie and I would chat just with each other. He was not ready for a relationship and I wasn't either. We started talking in April of 2019 and we would hangout every now and then. The first time we meet in person was at my house and then from there I would usually go over to his place on the weekends to hangout with him and his roommates Sam and Cole. I knew Sam from school so it was nice being able to hangout, whenever I could get a ride that is. The more we were around each other and chatting the more we were starting to realize we were ready for a relationship and by June we started dating. What really got me was when I was sick at his place and he put a trashcan next to me, got me water, put a warm washcloth on the back of my neck, and rubbed my back till I fell asleep. We have been on adventures and have tried new things. I have tried new foods and found a love for sushi and lobster and even asparagus! Some new stuff for the both of us r some of our dates like the one time we did a tree top jungle gym. We have been mini golfing and to the movies and even drag queen axe throwing. Our life has not been the craziest but it has been ours. Don't get me wrong we have our arguments but that's just life, there was even a time when I broke the relationship off cuz I was not sure if I was in it for the right reasons being my first relationship. That time apart just made us stronger and we moved in together in February of 2021 and got engaged in October of 2021 and soon now we will be married. Its really crazy how time fly's but it will fly by with the person I love and there is nothing better then that.
