Cocktail attire: We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit with tie for men. Please note that the weather in March can be unpredictable. We suggest you bring a coat just in case the night time activities run cooler!
When is the RSVP deadline?
We ask that you RSVP by February 8th in order to ensure we give the venue an accurate headcount.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors and temperature controlled. However there will be an outdoor cocktail hour and you don't want to miss the Smore's bar at the outdoor fireplace!
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please let us know via the RSVP link on the website!
Will you be reserving a hotel block for people coming out of town?
Yes! Please book at Lanier Islands Legacy Lodge by calling Dolly at (770)945-8787 extension 6135 and asking for in-house reservations and state that you are with the Stone-Haupt block or use the link https://be.synxis.com/?Hotel=45779&Chain=32791&arrive=2025-03-07&depart=2025-03-09&adult=1&child=0&group=250307STHA . Please leave the adult count as 1. You don’t have to adjust the number of adults and/or kids to book their room, and can modify it at check in if needed. If Dolly does not answer, please leave a voicemail.
If you decide to stay using the block above, there will be a shuttle to and from Lake Lanier to the venue. Times will be listed closer to the big day!
Are kids welcome?
We respectfully request no children under 18 at the reception due to venue limits and the late start time of the wedding.
Is parking available?
There is plenty of parking in the venue's designated lot! No need for street parking or parallel parking. The venue address is accurate on both Google and Apple Maps and will take you right to the venue.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes!
Join us for a Meet & Greet at Luna's.
