There are so many reasons we're grateful for Plymouth State. It's the place where we grew from teenagers into (semi) adults, played out our lax + volleyball dreams, made some of the best friends we could ever ask for, but the number one reason is it gave us each other. Phil and I officially met the way you'd imagine a couple at PSU would- at a Sunday darty. Phil happened to live next door to some of my friends that year and when he pulled in the driveway with a mutual friend we joined them at his house. Now, if you went to PSU then you know Phil's house senior year was an absolute death trap- I ended up bumping my head walking up the stairs. Although I don't remember all the details of our brief exchange, my friend told me the next day that Phil had gone out of his way to check in and see if I was okay. I was very nervous to reach out but wanted to thank him for being so sweet; Phil's response was "Of course, let's do it again sometime :)". We had our first date in the library the following night and the rest was history. Throughout the past 7 years we've created so many amazing memories and have been lucky enough to share them with the people who mean the most to us. We can't wait to celebrate our love with all of you!
