Only reservations that book within the hotel block will be offered shuttle service at check-in.

Shuttle reservations will be made at or after check-in and are first come, first-serve. Name and room number will be required to make a reservation for the shuttle.

For guests who choose to take the shuttle at the conclusion of the event and leave their vehicle at the event location overnight, the hotel shuttle will schedule a vehicle pick-up the next morning.

No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the shuttle.

There will be three trips provided from the hotels to the venue: 2:00 PM, 2:45 PM, and 3:30 PM

There are 3 trips provided back to the hotels. If the shuttle is full on the last trip returning at the conclusion, shuttles will continue to make trips until all guests have returned to the hotels: 10:00PM, 11:00PM, 12:00PM (Final).
