Individuals who will be staying for most of the reception, should consider reserving accommodations at Comfort Inn & Suites in Jackson, WI. After the ceremony, guests should drive directly to Comfort Inn and check in. A bus will be picking guests up from Comfort Inn to take them to the reception venue at 4:00pm.

After the reception, at approximately midnight, the bus will pick guests up (including Bride and Groom) from the reception venue (Schauer Arts Center) and transport them back to Comfort Inn & Suites.

A block of rooms is reserved under Kluge-Hansen Wedding. Please reserve early.

Please note that we were unable to reserve a block of rooms at the AmericInn Hotel & Suites in Hartford, WI; therefore, it is important to book early if you are interested in this accommodation option.

The AmericInn is located approximately 5 minutes from the reception venue. Guests should consider booking early, as a block of rooms could not be reserved. When booking the hotel, please mention that your reservation is for the Kluge-Hansen Wedding.

The AmericInn accommodation option should be used for guests who most likely not going to be staying for the entire reception. If you plan to stay for the entire reception, then please consider booking your accommodation at Comfort Inn in Jackson, as we will have a bus to provide transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Guests staying at the AmericInn will be responsible for their own transportation, as the hotel is located very close to the Schauer Arts Center.
