Brice arranged with Hannah's parents for them to come to Oklahoma City on February 20, 2024. He and her parents planned it to be a surprise for her. That day, Hannah and her mom had lunch together while Brice and Hannah's dad went to a different restaurant and discussed us beginning an official relationship. Later, all of us met back up and Hannah's dad gave permission for us to begin a courtship!

Over the next year, we enjoyed Brice graduating college, a couple family weddings, a few sporting events, and many days and evenings spent with each other's families. Hannah returned to Heartland Baptist Bible College in the fall, and we transitioned to a long-distance relationship for that semester. We were able to spend Christmas with each other's families and greatly enjoyed that special time.
