Q + A

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2 p.m at St Mother Theresa of Calcutta Church in Winchester. Please arrive no later than 1:45 to ensure a timely start.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code for our wedding ceremony is cocktail attire. Ladies are welcome to wear knee to mid-length gowns or cocktail dresses. Gentlemen should wear a suit. Please take this opportunity to dress up!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place indoors. Cocktail hour and dinner will take place outdoors but there will be covered areas.

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely. We will have 2 mixed drink options, beer, and wine.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by April 30th, 2025.

Is there a wedding registry?

We will have the Registry linked on this website. We will also have a Honeymoon/Home fund if a physical gift isn't your style.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

While we love children, especially yours, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be communion at the wedding service and should I take communion?

We will be having a full Catholic wedding mass and there will be communion. For our Catholic friends and family, please take communion as you normally would when you attend mass! For our non-Catholic friends and family, we ask that you not take communion and instead come up to the front where communion is being given out to receive a blessing. If you cross your arms across your chest with one hand on each shoulder that will let the priest know you should receive a blessing instead of communion. Please let Bridget or Thomas know if you have any questions about this and we will be happy to explain!
