GLUTEN FREE IN PARIS
Many of the restaurants in Paris have gluten free options. Typically, they will not have a separate gluten free menu but the servers will understand if you tell them you have a gluten allergy. The word "gluten" is the same in English and French - just add a little accent!
We have added some great options of boulangeries, patisseries, and restaurants below that you may try (and that you will love)!
