Shuttle Service begins at 2:45pm right outside Surf Hotel's front doors. Shuttle Service will end at 3:15pm.

Shuttles to the ceremony location will begin at 2:45pm and end at 3:30pm.
If you miss the shuttle you will be unable to attend the ceremony and can wait at The Surf Hotel bar until shuttles bring everyone back for cocktail hour & reception

The cocktail hour will be held in the Ivy Courtyard directly following the ceremony. Shuttles from the ceremony site to the cocktail hour will be provided.

The Reception will be held in Surf Hotel's Ivy Ballroom. Guests will be let into the room following the Cocktail hour in the Ivy Courtyard.
