For our wedding, we kindly request Formal or Cocktail attire. For women, this means elegant cocktail dresses, jumpsuits or sophisticated evening gowns. Men might opt for a sharp suit with a tie or a blazer with dress pants. Feel free to add a touch of personal flair. We look forward to celebrating with you in your best!

The bride requests that guests AVOID wearing white, champagne, or nude colors to ensure she stands out on her special day.

Our wedding ceremony will take place outside under a charming heated pavilion (just in case we need a little extra warmth). The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors, so you can enjoy everything conveniently on site.

Yes! We will have a shuttle service to the venue and after the wedding back to the hotel. There will be several shuttle pick-up's. Times will be listed closer to the wedding and enclosed in hotel goodie bags which are located at the front desk. Please note ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 pm.

We love kids, but for this special celebration, we’re keeping it an adults-only affair. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to enjoying the day with you!

You can bring a guest or date only if your invitation included a plus-one or was addressed to them. This helps us make sure we have enough space for everyone.

We have a hotel block with discounted rates at the Courtyard Glassboro Rowan University hotel. If you do not book by MARCH 19, 2025 you will not be able to receive the wedding rates. There is a Holiday Inn nearby, but not in hotel block.

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. Additionally, a shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back, making it easy for you to get to and from the celebration. We want to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
