It was the summer of 2020, a time of chaos in the world, when the population was hunkering down in isolation to save the planet. Two longtime friends came together on the deck of the Club Canyon Resort and Spa to share a drink and catch up. We (Bridget and Jeff) had been friends for many years, and this evening was a chance to re-connect. Stories where told, experiences were talked about, and we realized our ideals and passions about life were so very similar and real.

Bridget suggested we take River (our dog) on a three-day backpack trip. Planning ensued, and we trekked into the woods. Our mutual love of the wilds, turned into our first (three day) date.

This backpacking date led us to falling in love and finding our perfect partners to explore the world and share all of its wonders. Together, our love combines two amazing families, shares incredible friendships, and enriches each of us in ways yet untold.
