Through Bridget's eyes

Picture of Through Bridget's eyes
When Brian and I first met I had just finished taking a jump set with the Grand Valley waterski team. Brian was siting on shore with his hat on backwards looking all sorts of hockey player fine and I couldn't help but introduce myself. Embarrassed and looking like a wet dog I zoomed away in the gold Mustang to go do what any 19 year-old girl would do...Facebook "stalk" him with my college roommates. I remember thinking WOW this guy is not only cute but he's a family man who loves Jesus. I was sold but I wasn't going to let him know it. :) After a season of skiing on the same waterski team and a month long cross country road trip (about 10 months after meeting) I finally agreed to be his girlfriend at a John Mayer concert. We moved to Boise, ID a few days before Halloween 2015 and he had me convinced that marriage was at least 3 years away. I was completely surprised when Brian got down on one knee in Coeur D'alene, Idaho on 02/17/17. I can NOT wait to marry the sweet boy I met on the GVSU waterski team and join his big happy Mullally family.

Through Brian's eyes

I first met Bridget at Lake Placid in Allendale, MI during one of my first ever waterski practices. I pulled up to the lake just in time to see Bridget finish her jump set. After landing 5/5 jumps, she skied to shore like a pro and took off her helmet, skis and jump suit. Considering the fact that I had been on Waterski's only 3 times before in my life, I was impressed! After a brief introduction she hopped in the gold Mustang and took off. I remember thinking-Whatta Babe! During that year at Grand Valley we were both lucky enough to share some awesome experiences together Including: 5 Ski Tournaments, Collegiate Waterski Nationals and Spring Break in New Orleans, Snow Ski trips and to top it all off - The road trip of a lifetime. However, despite all of this fun, Bridget was determined to not let me get too close or even think of the word "Relationship". Persistence preserved on August 7th, 2013 when Bridget finally gave in and agreed to be my girlfriend. Since then life has been one big, incredible adventure. From more ski tournaments, to heading out west for spring break road trips and exploring Europe while studying abroad. Everything was 100X better with Bridget around. It didn’t take long to figure out that I had found myself a keeper. I could not have been more happy than that Friday morning in Coeur D’alene, Idaho when Bridget said “yes”. I’m a lucky, lucky man and I can not wait to call this Smart, Cute, Loving, Passionate, Adventurous, Babe - My WIFE!
