Please RSVP no later than September 5th, 2025. This allows us enough time to give a seating chart and dinner menu to the venue.

The ceremony and mass will begin at 4:00pm. Please try to arrive around 30 minutes before the start time.

Our ceremony will take place in Hicksville, and our cocktail hour and reception will take place in Huntington. While both are on Long Island, they are roughly 35 minutes away from each other. The hour gap between the ceremony and cocktails will give you plenty of time to drive to the reception venue.

Your invitation indicates the number of seats reserved for your party. Please use that as a reference when RSVP'ing for this event. We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests not accounted for on the invitation, as the reception venue will not have the space for additional guests.

We kindly ask that anyone under the age of 13 stay home from this event. The events of the day will include a one hour mass as well as an open bar cocktail and reception. We find that this is not an environment that is appropriate for young children. Your invitation indicates the number of seats reserved for your party. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors. Long Island is typically beautiful and mild in the fall, but expect the possibility of rain.

Photos during cocktails and reception are fine, but we kindly ask that you please keep your phones away during the ceremony in order to respect the traditions of the Catholic Church. There will be a photographer on site that can handle that!

Long Islanders take great pride in our beaches, so we highly recommend you check out any of the nearby beaches in the area! If you have an entire day to yourself while traveling to the event, we encourage you take a drive out to the East End of Long Island to enjoy the multiple vineyards, farm stands, and even the Flanders Duck (the bride's favorite spot).
