Our story begins in 2014 when the Sigma Chi house at the University of Kansas caught on fire. Being from Phoenix, Arizona, Charlie had to come stay with fraternity brothers in Kansas City. That night, we happened to be at the same ~social gathering~ and met for the first time. From that very first moment, we knew there was a connection. However, five years passed without again crossing paths, each having a blast at our rival colleges, Mizzou and Kansas.

After college, Charlie moved to Kansas City. He lived with two friends, one (unknowingly) being a mutual friend of Bridgie’s from Mizzou. This led to running into each other again in St. Louis for Mardi Gras in 2019. The following day, Bridgie convinced Charlie and his roommates to stop by Willie's in Columbia on the way home to KC. We had the greatest time and a friendship was formed. We continued to stay in contact over the next few months as great friends.

Later that year, Bridgie graduated from Mizzou and moved home to Kansas City. Together, we spent countless nights hanging out with our friends at the boys' house, Granada. One night, Charlie asked Bridgie to go out to dinner for a date. To our surprise, this is where it all changed. We had the greatest time talking and laughing at Garozzo's that night. And the rest is history!

Five years later, and here we are engaged! We could not be happier to spend the rest of our lives together. We look forward to endless fun, laughs, and love. We are so grateful for the journey that brought us here and we can’t wait to celebrate our love with all of you!
