There will be a complimentary shuttle making loops between the hotel and the venue before the ceremony and at the end of the reception.

The shuttle will be available to transport guests from the Simsbury Inn to the Riverview venue from 1:45-2:45. Please note, the ceremony starts promptly at 3:00.

The shuttle will be available for pickup between 8:30-9:30pm. Please note, the reception ends at 9:00.

Hotel check-in is 3:00pm, or earlier if the room is ready. Please note, the ceremony begins at 3:00pm.

If your room is not available early, you may still check in and leave your luggage with the front desk. You also have the option to use the hotel's health club room to get ready if needed.

We recommend this so you can take the shuttle to and from the venue!

Within the hotel is a restaurant called Twigs Lounge, serving food and drinks later into the evening. Upon return from the reception, a sitting area and cash bar will be available to extend the party in a more laid-back fashion. No speakers or outside beverages please!
