“Uncle Dan”, to Tyler, the Vanscivers and Trexlers have been close family friends for many decades. They would go on family vacations together, celebrate birthdays and holidays and get together just for fun. From staying at the beach, going fishing and biking on trails in rural PA, the families have always been there for each other. Brie and Tyler are honored to have Dan officiate their wedding as they bring another family member into the fold for many more memories.

Samantha is Brie’s sweet little cousin and she is overjoyed to have her walk down the aisle with her as her flower girl. Her mother, Michelle, had Brie’s sister Mikayla as the flower girl in her wedding and Brie found it very special to have Michelle’s daughter a part of her day!

Justin is Samantha big brother and Brie’s cousin. He is a tough kid with a big heart so Tyler and Brie knew they could trust Justin with the precious cargo as their ring bearer. Justin works hard on his farm back home in NJ and Brie can’t wait to have him in such an important role on the big day.

Leazer sister #3; it was a no brainer that Mikayla would be top of Brie’s list for Maids of Honor. Her tireless efforts of planning help and enthusiasm for making Brie’s day perfect will never be forgotten. Thank you for all the smiles, laughs, and dedication, Mikayla.

Best man Brett played a part early in Brie and Tyler’s relationship, in being the pestering (yet well-meaning) friend who encouraged Tyler to make a move on a classmate who he thought was way out of his league. As his roommate, Brett would be supportive and say “oh yea you guys can hang here” when asked (all the time). Prior to their meeting, Tyler and Brett go back to sometime in Middle school, where they shared a love for music and all things audio technology.

Leazer sister #2; there was no question in Brie’s mind that Erikka would be asked to be her maid of honor. After all their years daydreaming about their futures, Brie is honored to get to share this very special day with her sister. Thank you for all your hard work, Erikka.

Brie has known Kyle ever since her sister introduced him to her and Tyler in 2021. He is the only Bridesman of the bunch, and he will wear that title with dignity and swagger as he always does. Kyle is a fellow gamer who won her sister's heart and Brie could not be more proud to have him standing up for her at her wedding.

Brie and Bailey first met when Tyler and Brie were newly dating and Bailey came to visit them and her partner, Nathan, in Philly to celebrate Tyler and Brie's college graduation. Ever since then, the two have become friends, hanging out together with Nathan and Tyler in Philly. Brie is honored to get to share her big day with someone so kind and generous!

Meeting in the 3rd grade upright bass class, Tyler and Nathan started playing music together, and didn’t stop. They would continue in their paths, with Tyler picking up the guitar a little later on (makes for better duo than 2 basses), and they began a band in middle school. That continued through high school, and even in college the two would still get together to play music. When they weren’t jamming, they were often gaming, since Terraria in 2011, all the way up to Tarkov during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Brie met Emma in 2021 on their first trip to the Poconos. She loved how easygoing and fun Emma was and felt excited to get to know her better. After two Poconos trips and lots of fun times out together in Philly, Brie knew that she wanted to ask Emma to be by her side at her wedding.

Another friend from early on, Ronny and Tyler met in a 5th grade math class. As two hyperactive kids who both liked playing the same games, they hit it off (and retained much less from their class as a result). Fast forward and fast friends all through high school, college would put them on opposite sides of the state. Road trips were no obstacle, and Brett and Tyler would make several trips out to Pittsburgh for weekends here and there.

Sam and Brie met in 2023 by gaming online with their partners and quickly became good friends. Sam is a loyal, kind, and open-hearted friend and Brie in honored to have her by her side on her big day.

You might not always get along with your coworkers, but you MIGHT if they share the same hobbies and get you into new and nerdy ones! Connor and Tyler met at work and quickly commiserated over tedious tasks while realizing they both played games, and like similar shows. Connor plays card games, and showed Tyler how to play Pokémon TCG, cards that he’d collected since he was a kid. From playing Dungeons and Dragons to Valorant, Connor is down for any game, any time.

Possibly the only friend he doesn’t remember meeting, as they were both ~2 years old at the time. Carter lived down the street from Tyler in Stonegate, and of course that only helped to build the friendship. Way into the future, many years later he would even take up the mantle of the drummer in their high school band. This made for many fun summers of jamming all day, writing music and trips to the Landenberg Store.

Another earlier friend, the two met in 2nd (?) grade at a little league baseball game. A sport that would have incredibly little bearing on their friendship, but a convenient way to meet. Making funny home videos and playing video games was a staple, and the latter still is. The eternal host of the Terraria worlds, and the Team Fortress 2 UGC team captain, Cameron introduced Tyler to many games.

After becoming friends with Brie's youngest sister, Mikayla, Danielle quickly became a part of the Leazer sister's close friend group. Brie was thrilled and honored by Danielle's enthusiasm about the wedding and knew she wanted Danielle to be a part of the bridal party.

Finding common ground in The Legend of Zelda, Mike and Tyler were not quite “random” roommates in freshman year of college. They met on Facebook, chatted for a while and decided the other seemed cooler than the mystery roulette of room assignment. This led to many late-night jam sessions in the Merriam rehearsal rooms, borrowing the grand piano to play Zelda themes of course. Mike is still Tyler’s go-to technician for any audio electronics repair work out of his skill set, and he knows his gear is in steady and skilled hands.
