It all began in November of 2021, when our paths crossed on Facebook Dating. At the time, Briee had Covid, but that didn’t stop her from taking a chance and swiping right. Little did she know, that small moment would change her life forever.

From our very first conversation there was an instant spark. Texts turned into calls, and soon those calls stretched late into the night. Before long, we were going out together, staying up late, laughing until their cheeks hurt, and realizing just how natural it all felt.

What started with a swipe during quarantine quickly grew into a love full of adventure, laughter, and lots of late-night memories. Since then we discovered that we are truly each other’s perfect match.

Now, after years of growing together, we can’t wait to begin our forever surrounded by the family and friends who have cheered them on from the very start.

On December 7th, 2024, the evening was perfectly set—though Kailey might tell you it was fate that the Georgia Bulldogs had just beaten Texas just before. For Kailey, it was the perfect sign that this was the perfect day.

After the big win, Kailey and Briee with our friends and family, met at the magical Callaway Gardens to see the Christmas lights. With everyone gathered around, Kailey pulled off the biggest play of the night by dropping to one knee and asking Briee to marry her.

The Bulldogs may have won that game, but Kailey definitely won the ultimate prize when Briee said “YES!” Surrounded by laughter, twinkling lights, and even a few playful groans from the Alabama side of the family, it was the perfect proposal joyful, memorable, and 100% them.
