Our Wedding

Gage and Brielle met in Rapid City, SD in the summer of 2022. Gage had just been stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base in March and Brielle had just moved from Spearfish only a month prior to meeting. They met online and decided to have dinner after chatting for a few days. What started with Dominos pizza in an AirBnB basement, has now blossomed into a true love story. They may not have had the classic "love at first sight" journey , but they were inseparable from that first night. Brielle and Gage developed a strong friendship before becoming a couple. They taught each other how to have fun and to not take life too seriously. The two spent many nights eating dinner, watching movies, and laughing. It was obvious to everyone around them that they were meant to be. The couple went through their trials and tribulations as any new couple does, but nothing could keep them apart. They introduced each other to their family and friends, and quickly knew they wanted to be together for the rest of their lives. Gage proposed to Brielle on January 21, 2023 and they secretly eloped on February 25, 2023. The couple said "I do" in Custer State Park at Mount Coolidge with their witnesses and officiant. A few weeks later, they shared the news with their family and close friends. Then, in April of 2023, the couple announced their marriage online to the world! Gage and Brielle were overcome with congratulations and excitement. They moved into their first official apartment together in June of 2023. Brielle and Gage have spent the past few years traveling, laughing, and making memories with friends. Everyday they remind one another of how much they love the life they have. Gage and Brielle agreed that a traditional wedding ceremony and reception was needed so they could celebrate again with their family and friends. They are so excited to share their day with you, and are blessed to be able to say "I do" again!

We know that most of our family and friends will be traveling from out of state. We have arranged blocks of rooms at multiple hotels in Thermopolis from October 10-12, 2025. The hotels are listed below along with contact information. When reserving a room, ask for the block of rooms for the Alwin/Monroe Wedding! Rooms must be reserved by September 27, 2025.

If you'd prefer not to stay in a hotel, consider booking an AirBnB. Thermopolis has quite a few listings on the AirBnB website.

For those traveling by air, below has some information on surrounding airports. Thermopolis does have an airport, but it does not offer commercial flights. &nbsp;Wyoming Airports (all these only fly United): Riverton, WY- (closest, 55 miles) - has the most limited number of flights per day, but has the shortest drive to Thermopolis. Does offer rental cars.&nbsp;Cody, WY (80 miles) - usually has 1-3 flights per day. Does offer rental cars.&nbsp;Casper, WY (120 miles) - has the most flexibility with more flights in WY. Does offer rental cars.&nbsp;Montana Airport:Billings, MT (farthest, 190 miles) - has the most flights with a variety of airlines including United, Delta, and American. Does offer rental cars.&nbsp;
