Our Wedding

David and Brielle’s journey began in June of 2019 at Brielle’s 20th birthday celebration. Just days later, they went on a spontaneous beach trip, and Brielle knew David might be the one when he showed up prepared with an umbrella, cooler, blanket, and towel. Brielle thought to herself, “I can't believe how put-together he is!”   Their relationship blossomed as they shared many fun and memorable experiences together. From visiting David at Ithaca and swimming in the gorges to traveling, trying new restaurants, and simply enjoying each other’s company, every moment seemed to confirm what they both already knew—that they were meant to be.   David’s commitment to their relationship was evident from the start. Even during his time in college, he would take 7-hour bus rides to see Brielle for just a night or two, showing that nothing would keep them apart.    As much as they love spending time together, they also cherish their families. Family is everything to Brielle, and David quickly embraced this. In 2024, on Christmas Eve, after a lively white elephant gift exchange, David surprised Brielle with the ultimate gift—his proposal. Brielle, along with her entire family, was completely shocked. David knew how important family was to Brielle, and he couldn’t think of a better moment to ask her to spend forever with him.
