Are children invited to ceremony/reception?
As much as we love your kiddos, we’re keeping our wedding day adults-only to create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
What is the dress code?
The dress code is elevated cocktail.
Please dress in refined, sophisticated attire that feels appropriate for a formal afternoon ceremony in the French Quarter. Think polished midi or floor-length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or suits in classic tones. We kindly ask that guests avoid neon colors. Please no jeans.
You also may want to pack a coat, you never know what the temperature will be with the unpredictable Louisiana weather.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we’re asking guests to put phones and cameras away during that part. We really want everyone to be present in the moment with us. But after the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!
Is there a room block?
Yes! Please refer to the "Travel" tab on this website for more information.
Where should we park for the ceremony and reception?
St. Louis Cathedral and the Omni Royal Orleans are only a 5–7 minute walk apart, so guests can park once and walk between the ceremony and reception. The Omni offers on-site valet parking for $56/day. Nearby public garages and lots are also available (usually $38–$60/day). Street parking in the French Quarter is limited and not recommended.
