We met in February 2021, the old-fashioned way—online! (Thanks, Hinge.) After just two dates, Sam assumed we were a couple, but Brielle reminded him that he needed to ask her officially. He did, and since that moment, we’ve been inseparable.

Fast forward to September 2023: Sam planned the perfect surprise engagement, inviting some of our favorite people to share in the moment. Brielle thought they were headed to Alexandria for a fun day with her mom and John, including lunch and a trip to the winery. They started at the Lakeside in Glenwood for appetizers, and then Leah, Brielle's mom, suggested they head to the Outlook for some fall photos. Once there, after a few pictures, Sam popped the question. Brielle, of course, said yes! We then went to the winery to celebrate, where Sam surprised Brielle with even more loved ones, including both families and a few of her friends!
