We met one another September 2013 in College Station at a bar called Basil Whippets. Our mutual friends, Wesley & Katie, set us up by giving us each other’s phone numbers and explaining that Cotton was bartending. After that we kept making excuses to hang out until December 13, 2013 when he asked "Will you be my girlfriend? Check Yes or No”. Saying yes led many amazing memories like dates, vacations, and big life changes before he asked “Will you marry me?”. Our wedding month, September 2021, signifies 8 years of a fairytale type of love and we can’t wait to be each others forever.
