We have a strict guest list in order to stay within our venue's capacity so we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Children who have been invited will be listed on your specific invitation. However, our venue is on the river so if you are not willing to supervise them around a large body of water we encourage you to arrange child care at home. Child care will not be provided at the ceremony or reception.

We would love our guests to dress up with us! Please wear cocktail attire. Those who will be wearing white will be told in advance. If you are not one those people please refrain.

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us however we have to provide a total guest count to the vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's.

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony in order to park and find your seat. The gates to the venue will not open prior to 4:30PM.

There is a field before the entrance of the venue that will be open for parking. If you need assistance walking from your car to your seat a golf cart will be available to transport you.

Yes the drinks are on us so get ready to celebrate! Beer, wine, and two signature mixed drinks will be on the menu. We strongly encourage you to arrange Uber or Lyft in order to get you home safely if you have too much fun.

The ceremony and reception will be held on site at Cumberland River Farm. The ceremony will be held outside if the weather permits and the reception will be inside.
