After crossing Passaic River Bridge, proceed to fourth traffic light (Midland Ave.) Turn right onto Midland Ave, proceed approximately 3 miles. Royal Manor is on the left

Turn right onto 26th street in Fairlawn. Keep left to go onto Plaza Road and cross Route 4. Turn first right onto Ellington Road and first left onto Midland Ave. Proceed approximately 3 miles. Royal Manor is on the left.

From Garden State Parkway Northbound:
Take exit 159. Keep right to go onto New Pehle Ave and turn left onto Midland Ave, proceed approximately 1.5 miles. Royal Manor on the left.

From Garden State Parkway Southbound:
Take exit 159. Keep right, follow signs for Saddle Brook and turn right onto Midland Ave, proceed approximately 1.5 miles. Royal Manor on the left.

From Route 17 Northbound:
Take Exit 13 for Ackerman Lodi. Turn left onto Essex Street and follow to go to Market Street. Turn left onto Midland Ave, proceed for 1 mile. Royal Manor on the left.

From Route 17 Southbound:
Take Exit at Essex Street, Lodi. Turn right onto Essex street and follow to go to Market St. Turn left onto Midland Ave, proceed for 1 mile. Royal Manor on the left.
